MrSurvey Gift Policy

These MrSurvey Rewards Program Terms (the “Rules”) apply to all promotions run by MrSurvey (the “Site”).

Accumulation of Mistiz ( MZ )

1. Once you join MrSurvey , you will be offered rewards in the form of points (“ Mistiz ( MZ ) ”). Other types of compensation from MrSurvey may also be granted to you depending on the different Activities you perform on the Site.

2. When you register with MrSurvey , your Account status changes to "Active" and you can participate in all the Activities that MrSurvey invites you to take part in and you can enjoy all the benefits of MrSurvey , such as access to our Services and your rewards, and you also have the option of contacting MrSurvey Staff. Maintaining your “Active” account means that you have joined MrSurvey and participated in an Activity or survey on the Site within 30 days of your initial registration or within any 90 day period.

3. Most of the surveys currently available allow you to earn Mistiz ( MZ ) by answering them. It will be clearly indicated on the Site, at the beginning of the survey or in the invitation sent by e-mail that you will receive from us, if the said survey does not allow you to win any Mistiz ( MZ ) .

4. Your Account may also be suspended if:
• you have not participated in any survey after registering on MrSurvey ;
• you have not taken part in any survey during the first 30 days following your registration on MrSurvey ;
• you have not participated in any survey within a 90 day period.

If your Account has been suspended or closed, you have the right to ask MrSurvey to investigate such suspension or closure. In this event, please contact our Customer Service. If you believe that the suspension or termination of your account resulted from an error, you must contact MrSurvey by e-mail within sixty (60) days of the said alleged error and explain in detail the origin of the dispute, indicating any relevant information that can prove the anomaly. Upon receipt of your request, we will investigate and notify you of our decision within thirty (30) days. If we need more time to decide on your request, we will let you know and try to make a decision as soon as possible. Any decision we make regarding such a request will be final.

5. MrSurvey will not notify you in advance of the cancellation or withdrawal of your Mistiz ( MZ ) . MrSurvey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these rules regarding cancellation and withdrawal.

6. You can close your account at any time by going to your account section on our Site, and clicking on “Close my account”. The closure of your account will take effect immediately. If you are having trouble closing your account, please contact Customer Service. Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible. Your account will be closed immediately upon deletion or unsubscribing from MrSurvey . You understand and agree that, as mentioned above, upon suspension, cancellation or closure of your account, your right to access the Services will cease and all Mistiz ( MZ ) credited to your account at the time of such suspension, cancellation or closure will be void, regardless of how or when they were earned. MrSurvey may terminate your account at any time and for any reason.

7. Granted Mistiz ( MZ ) will appear in your account no later than 30 days after you complete a survey and you can redeem them as soon as they appear. MrSurvey takes reasonable steps to ensure that the correct number of Mistiz ( MZ ) are credited to your account. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct number of Mistiz ( MZ ) are credited, and you have the option to report to MrSurvey no later than 2 months after completing the survey if the number of Mistiz ( MZ ) appearing on your account is incorrect.

Mistiz ( MZ )

1. You will receive a certain number of Mistiz ( MZ ) per completed activity (depending on the complexity and other characteristics of the survey). The number of Mistiz ( MZ ) available for any activity will be listed on MrSurvey .

2. You can check your total Mistiz ( MZ ) by going to the members page of the website.

3. Mistiz ( MZ ) are personal to you and may not be transferred without written permission from MrSurvey . They are not considered property, and as such you may not sell, transfer or assign them to any third party without the written permission of MrSurvey .

Conversion of Mistiz ( MZ )

1. You can only convert Mistiz ( MZ ) if your MrSurvey account is active.

2. Mistiz ( MZ ) can be converted into gift vouchers or Paypal transfer.

3. Mistiz ( MZ ) are non-negotiable.

4. Mistiz ( MZ ) can be redeemed on the website. More information available on the website. MrSurvey reserves the right to change available gifts at its sole discretion and without prior notice. You agree that MrSurvey is not responsible for any actions taken by a third party in administering the gifts.

5. The value of your selected gift cannot be greater than the number of Mistiz ( MZ ) in your account. However, you can choose a gift of lesser value. All unused Mistiz ( MZ ) will remain in your account for future use. When you have converted your Mistiz ( MZ ) , the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account.

6. Gifts received as a result of converting Mistiz ( MZ ) cannot be exchanged, returned or converted to cash.

7. The images of the gifts presented on the website do not necessarily reproduce the colors and / or the precise model available as a gift, these depending on the color effects and updates of the providers.

8. MrSurvey reserves the right to substitute any gift with a gift of equal or greater value in the event that a gift is not available.

Gift Management

1. MrSurvey reserves the right to appoint a third party to administer the points program and gifts. You are advised to read the privacy policy relating to the information that will be provided to third parties as part of the management of the points program and gifts.

2. MrSurvey accepts no liability whatsoever in the handling of gifts by a Third Party Administrator, for injury, loss or damage of any kind, which may arise from the acceptance, possession or use of Mistiz ( MZ ) cash value or redeemed merchandise with MrSurvey reward points.
